Calling all lemon lovers! THIS is the category for you. As a child, I was a chocolate fanatic through and through, but as an adult? All I want is lemon, lime, and any other tangy and refreshing citrus.

Microwave lemon curd (yes, it sounds weird but I promise you it's AMAZING) is a terrific place to start. You can spoon that sh*t on everything! One of my favorite ways to use lemon curd is swirled in this no-churn lemon curd ice cream. It's a creamy dreamy treat!
