I'm currently working on my pie catalogue, but I'm not joking when I say I LOVE all things pie! Traditional! Open-faced! Quiche! I want it all.
In the meantime consider trying this buttermilk quiche —it's one of my favorite any-time-of-day meals. Buttermilk adds a beautiful tang to the creamy quiche filling, which I've loaded with chopped baked ham, grated cheddar cheese, and garden chives. YUM.
