Creamy Pesto GNOCCHI

FIVE Ingredients, ONE pan

Gnocchi with pesto sauce can be on the table in about 15 minutes! It’s rich and creamy, with vivid pesto flavour, and soft, tender dumplings.

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1.

Toast pine nuts if using.

STEP 2.

Add chicken stock and gnocchi to same pan.

STEP 3.

Gently boil for a few minutes.

STEP 4.

Stir in cream and cook until thick.

STEP 5.

Add pesto and Parmesan and stir.
