STEP 1 Whisk the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the butter and stir.

STEP 2 Add the raspberries to the bowl and gently stir with a fork to combine.

STEP 3 Make a well in the mixture  and pour in the milk.

STEP 4 Use a fork to quickly but gently  mix the dough together.

STEP 5 Lightly dust a work surface, then press the dough into a 1-inch high circle.

STEP 6 Use a sharp knife to slice the circle  into eight evenly sized wedges.

STEP 7 Place the wedges on a baking sheet and brush with milk. Bake and glaze.
