This small-batch basil pesto is the classic green sauce in a smaller package. It's a fresh, bright, and flavorful addition to any meal!

STEP 1 Toast pine nuts until golden  and fragrant. Set aside to cool.

STEP 2 Pulse basil in a tall jar with an immersion blender until shredded.

STEP 3 Add the pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, and salt to the jar. Process until coarse.

STEP 4 Add olive oil and blend for 5 to 10 seconds. Adjust taste to your liking.
