Here's What You Need
ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
BAKING POWDER
BAKING SODA
SALT
SUGAR
BUTTER
GROUND CINNAMON
ONE EGG
VANILLA EXTRACT
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream together the butter and sugar until it looks like...

Add the egg and vanilla.
Mix together until well combined, light, and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl...
and continue to mix to a soft dough.
Roll the dough into 12 evenly-sized balls. Place six balls on a plate of cinnamon mixed with sugar.
Roll the balls around in the cinnamon sugar until well coated. For extra flavour, roll each ball twice.
Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Six cookies per sheet.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 350ºF (180ºC).
