Homemade Granola With Honey And Sesame Oil
A large-batch granola recipe customizable for any nuts or dried fruit you have on hand.

- 2 cups large flake oats
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
- 1 cup nuts raw, unsalted
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 cup dried fruit
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a large shallow baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl stir large flake oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, and coconut together.
Add honey and sesame oil to oat mixture and stir well to combine. Pour oat mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly in dish.
Bake 25-30 minutes until granola is golden and toasty, stirring halfway. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
Stir dried fruit into cooled granola. Store in a large container with a tight fitting lid in the cupboard for up to one month.
