Homemade Granola With Honey And Sesame Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 cups large flake oats
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
  • 1 cup nuts raw, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 cup dried fruit

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a large shallow baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl stir large flake oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, and coconut together.
  • Add honey and sesame oil to oat mixture and stir well to combine. Pour oat mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly in dish.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until granola is golden and toasty, stirring halfway. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
  • Stir dried fruit into cooled granola. Store in a large container with a tight fitting lid in the cupboard for up to one month.
