Place the feta cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and chopped garlic into a food processor or high-speed blender. Process the mixture until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle with honey and top with chili crisp. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Chop the garlic as small as possible. This will prevent you from biting into big chunks.
Use a food processor or a high-powered blender. A regular blender might not be strong enough to make it really smooth.
Stop the blender a couple of times and scrape the sides with a spatula.
Taste the dip before drizzling the honey. You might not need as much as you think.
Start with a small amount of chili crisp and add more if you want it spicier.
Storage
You can store leftover whipped feta in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Stir before serving in case it separates a little while in the fridge.
