    Vegetarian Recipes

    Vegetables are a healthy (and more affordable) option for our family table so I make vegetarian meals 2 to 3 times a week..

    We love tacos so these roasted chickpea tacos make an appearance at least once a month. And this lentil Bolognese sauce is SO GOOD, and only takes 35 minutes from start to finish!  You'll never miss the meat.
