If you're looking for old-school, big-batch recipes, I'm sorry but this isn't the right place (yet?). I'm a big fan of small-batch jams and preserves! I love that I can make a few jars with whatever is in season, and I don't have to fill my pantry with endless jars to gather dust.
This maple peach whisky jam has been one of my most popular recipes for the longest time, especially in spring and summer. Rhubarb curd is a creamy, tangy, delicious treat and so easy to make! And there's nothing like the richness of homemade basil pesto made with fresh basil picked from the garden.
