Earl Grey Mocktail With Grapefruit And Honey
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- 3 ounces strong brewed Earl grey tea, cooled
- 2 ounces grapefruit juice, fresh squeezed if possible
- kumquats for garnish, optional
- Mix the honey and hot water in a rocks glass until the honey is dissolved. Fill the glass with fresh ice. Pour the Earl grey tea and grapefruit juice over the ice. Stir, garnish with sliced kumquats, and serve.
